Geoff Turner - 56
CEO

Geoff Turner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Coda Octopus Group, Inc. in September, 2009. Prior to this, he served as President European Operations, joining the Company in May 2006. Previously, he served as a consultant from November 2005 to April 2006 through his consultancy company Taktos Limited. Mr. Turner is also a Director of the Company’s subsidiaries, Coda Octopus Martech Ltd, Coda Octopus Products Ltd, and Coda Octopus Colmek, Inc. He has been involved in the IT industry for over 30 years, in both technical and commercial roles. He spent the 13 years up to 1999 with GE Information Services (& International Network Services), the then global market leader in Electronic Commerce, where he was Director of Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. During this time, in addition to his business development roles he held posts as Software Products Director, and in global channel sales management. Since leaving GE in 1999, Mr. Turner has been involved as a shareholder and a consultant through Taktos Limited in a number of businesses ranging from financial services businesses to a provider of supply chain management software.

Blair Cunningham - 40
Chief Technical Officer

Blair Cunningham has served as Chief Technology Officer of Coda Octopus Group, Inc. since 2005 and Technical Manager of Coda Octopus Products Ltd between July 2004 and July 2005. From March 1992 to present he has served as a Director of Softworks Business Systems Solutions Ltd, an Aberdeen, Scotland based software company which developed turnkey software solutions for large public companies. From 1990-92, Mr. Cunningham was an Analyst/Programmer with Weight Management Group Ltd, Aberdeen. Mr. Cunningham received an HND in Computer Science in 1989 from Moray College of Further Education, Elgin, Scotland.

Daniel Bertram - 49
President, Coda Octopus Americas

In September 2008, Daniel Bertram accepted the position as President and CEO of Coda Octopus Colmek, Inc. and in August 2009 was promoted to the position of President of Coda Octopus Americas. Bertram came to Coda Octopus with over twenty-five years of executive leadership experience in global and aggressive growth organizations. His positions have included Founder/Managing Partner of Vizzix, LLC, a multi-discipline business consultancy, President/CEO of DataMetrics Corporation, a defense contractor, and Vice President of the company now known as Siemens Building Technologies.

Born in Denver, Colorado, Mr Bertram earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism and Interdisciplinary Science from Marquette University, and a Master's Degree in Psychology with an industrial/organizational emphasis from Pepperdine University.

Stephen Auld - 40
CEO Coda Octopus Products Limited

Stephen Auld has over 12-years commercial experience in marine product sales and was appointed Managing Director of Coda Octopus Products Limited in July 2007. Prior to joining Coda Octopus he held posts of both Quality Assurance Manager and Development Engineer with a heavy engineering company. Mr Auld has a Masters Degree in Computing from Bradford University plus a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Napier University, Edinburgh.

Billy Grant - 39
Group Financial Officer

Billy Grant has served as Group Financial Officer since 2009. He has been employed by the Company since January 2005, and from 2007 until 2009 as European Financial Controller. He is also currently the Company Secretary of the Group's subsidairies, Coda Octopus (UK) Holdings Ltd and Coda Octopus R&D Ltd. He also serves as a Director on the Board of the latter. From 1991 to 1997 Mr Grant served as General Manager, and latterly as a Director, of William Grant Mining Ltd, and from 1997 to 2005 he served as Managing Director of Chartmount Minerals Ltd, Chartmount Landholdings Ltd, and UK Renewables Ltd. He retains significant shareholdings in these companies. Mr Grant received an Honours Degree in Accounting from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
