Significant Customers
During the three months ended July 31, 2025, the Company had two customers from whom it generated sales greater than 10% of net revenues. Revenue from these customers was $1,942,295, or 27.5% of net revenues during the three months ended July 31, 2025. Receivables from these customers were $723,585, or 18.7% of net receivables as of July 31, 2025.
During the three months ended July 31, 2024, the Company had one customer from whom it generated sales greater than 10% of net revenues. Revenue from this customer was $1,474,403, or 26.9% of net revenues during the three months ended July 31, 2024. Receivables from this customer were $18,784, or 0.6% of net receivables as of July 31, 2024.
During the nine months ended July 31, 2025, the Company had no customers from whom it generated sales greater than 10% of net revenues.
During the nine months ended July 31, 2024, the Company had one customer from whom it generated sales greater than 10% of net revenues. Revenue from this customer was $2,099,031, or 13.8% of net revenues during the nine months ended July 31, 2024. Receivables from this customer were $18,784, or 0.6% of net receivables as of July 31, 2024.
